Take a Few Slow Deep Breaths - Let Your Shoulders Drop

I know this feels weird… go ahead give it a try, you’ve done weird things before…

    • Take a few slow deep breathes –let your shoulders drop.
    • Do this three times.
    • Now stand up and breathe through your mouth like you would if you were running a race – fast and deep while moving your arms.
    • Do this as you count to 10… go to 15 if you feel like it.
    • Now breath through your nose like you would while jogging – slow down and find a rhythm.
    • Sit down and get the slow deep breathing started again.
    • You will feel many different sensations as you work through the breathing.
